Bringing Drag Bingo to Life in Norfolk

KL Events is a Norfolk-based culinary and cocktail powerhouse, best known for their sleek mobile bars, bespoke catering, and unforgettable events across East Anglia. While they’ve spent years helping others create standout celebrations, this time, they were stepping into the spotlight to host their first-ever self-produced, ticketed event. And they called us in to help bring the vision to life.


The Brief

The goal? A high-energy, highly polished Drag Bingo & Brunch that delivered on every front — good food, great entertainment, and bottomless vibes without the chaos. This wasn’t just about throwing a party, it was about creating an experience from the moment the tickets went on sale to the last lip-sync on the day.


What We Did

We stepped in as experience designers and digital consultants, working closely with KL Events to shape every detail, from digital strategy to real-life logistics. Starting with the event website, we designed a ticketing platform that was simple to use, easy to promote, and fully on-brand.


We also created all marketing collateral, including META ads, event graphics, menus, and branded visuals using the iconic imagery of host queen Miss Demeanour. Her recognisable look and bingo branding were front and centre, helping create a cohesive visual identity across digital and print touchpoints.


But our work didn’t stop at screens. We helped plan the entire show down to the minute, working with KL Events on menu timings, service flows, budget planning, and the delicate art of pacing a bottomless brunch so that food arrived hot and fizz stayed free-flowing without turning into a free-for-all.


And the results? A sold-out show with 120 tickets sold in just 3 weeks, a buzzing venue full of 5-star reviews, and a new event format that guests are already asking to come back.
